Shoptet e-shop development and work on the one you already have
We build e-shops on Shoptet, take the template as far as the platform allows, connect accounting and set up the Heureka and Zboží.cz feeds. Where your brief meets the ceiling, you hear it before the quote - not halfway through the build.
Tell me what my Shoptet allows →Three things a supplier gets called in for, and one that makes people leave.
Shoptet handles the legislation, the carriers and the payments for you. A supplier's work starts where the admin hits its ceiling - and that ceiling is documented, not guessed at.
Template and design
The Designer, custom CSS, HTML codes in four places, and above that a fully custom template design that only exists on the Premium plan. The four levels of editing and their documented limits we go through in a separate piece.
- Changes that survive a template update
- Custom CSS instead of edits an update will overwrite
- The limits of the brief named before the quote
Accounting and ERP integration
The Shoptet API key does not go to the shop owner, it goes to an add-on from the marketplace. Only part of the data travels between Shoptet and Pohoda, and a different part in each direction - what transfers and what stays manual, we write down in advance.
- The list of transferred fields before work starts
- Monthly add-on fees costed separately
- The manual work that remains, named up front
Heureka and Zboží.cz feeds
The cost per click on Heureka changes every two weeks, and availability is sent by a different route from the main feed. How many clicks your margin can carry can be worked out beforehand.
- Full or filtered feed based on margin, not habit
- Availability that matches the actual warehouse
- A setup that does not burn budget or break stock
We name the platform's ceiling before the contract is signed.
The limit is established before the quote
For every item in the brief we check whether it can be done with the Designer, custom CSS, an HTML code, or only on Premium. If something cannot be done, you hear it with the quote, not after paying the deposit.
We write down what will not sync
For an accounting integration you get the list of fields that go out, that come back, and that do not travel at all. The manual work left after the integration is named in the brief, not discovered in production.
We will also tell you to stay
A migration is not paid for by saving on the subscription. If your own numbers say Shoptet is enough, we say so - even when that means a smaller job.
From brief to launch, step by step.
Brief and limits
We go through what the shop has to do and say, item by item, whether Shoptet allows it, on which plan and by which route. The output is a list, not an estimate.
Template and content
Designer, custom CSS and HTML codes arranged so the changes survive a template update. Categories, filters, labels and copy for your actual range.
Integrations
Shipping, payments, accounting, stock. Every integration comes with its scope written down and the monthly cost of the add-ons it needs.
Feeds and launch
Heureka, Zboží.cz, measurement and consent. Before launch it is checked against your catalogue at your volume, not against ten sample items.
Common questions about an e-shop on Shoptet

MIGRATIONShould we move off Shoptet?
TAKEOVERWill you take over a shop from another supplier?
