Frequently asked questions about design

Design isn't just about art — it's about communication and processes.

Can you just make us "a logo"?
We can, but we don't recommend it. A logo without context is like a steering wheel without a car. We always recommend at least a basic visual identity package (Logo + Mini Brandbook) so you've got something to actually work with.
We have an old logo we don't want to change. Can you help?
Yes! We call it a brand facelift. We take the logo, modernize it gently, build a modern palette around it, and pick more readable fonts. You keep the history but look fresh.
What exactly is UI and UX design?
UX = the architecture (where the button goes, how easily the user buys). UI = the visuals (brand colours, icons, animations). A great site needs both, dialled to 100%.
Do you handle physical printing too?
We fully design the materials and prep print-ready PDFs (bleeds, crop marks, CMYK). We don't run the press ourselves, but we deliver files you simply forward to a print shop.
What tools do you design in?
UI/UX: Figma. Logos and print: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. All source files transfer to you as part of the delivery.
